I’m so glad I went with GoAL1S for my technicians exam. The team was very friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to taking my general exam with them in the future.

I used GOAL1S when testing for my Amateur Extra. What attracted me to this team was the flexibility of the schedule. I literally signed up and began testing in less than 20 minutes. I completed the exam. The instructions were easy to follow, and the team was very professional.

I have been in nursing, firefighting and an EMT-Paramedic for 28 years now retired.
I heard about amateur radio operators from another firefighter friend and he thought that because I loved Helping people and missed my career and working the radio to coordinate rescuers and accident scenes that I would love being a ham operator.
I got introduced to Goal1s.com through my friend and have never looked back, this team run by Jeff Hankins is top shelf staff and instructional, helpful test monitors.
They are very thorough and professional and security conscious people who take every step to be sure that I was secure and identified and the on line area I was testing in met parameters for the rules of a secure testing area and walked me through the way to get started in this journey.
I was taught how to join the group and how to schedule myself to a date and time to test comfortably and made suggestions on where to look for a study guide to get ready for the test.
When the time came to take the test I became very nervous. The staff talked to me through the on line portal before the test and explained how this all worked.
This calmed down my nerves and I took my step into the world of ham licensing. The test consisted of different areas of studies and I was so nervous that in preparation for this test I wrote a whole book of notes.
The staff especially including Jeff talked to me and I was ready for the test.
It was 35 questions long and it took me about 45 mins to complete after taking my time.
Upon completing the test I was instructed to press completion button and I did so and received a passing notification within 40 seconds and to my surprise I got 33 out of 35 questions correctly answered.
I then decided to go through all levels of training and now I am preparing for the General level test.
Thank you all in the team and I hope this helps someone else out there who is unsure and nervous.

While looking for someone to administer my testing, I first came across a different website that scared me half to death. But then we found Go AL1S. Stress-free testing? That’s what it says on their website and it’s no lie. Jeff is so friendly and laid back that he puts you right at ease. I had a little technical difficulty with my computer that slowed down my start time, but it didn’t ruffle his feathers. I also had some time zone confusion, but Jeff called me up and was still willing to let me go ahead and test even though I started late. He went out of his way to provide over the top service before, during, and after the exam. I was amazed to get an email from Go AL1S with my call sign afterwards before I even had a chance to search the database! To everyone at Go AL1S, thanks for all of your selfless volunteer work!

A fantastic group of people who were welcoming, professional, and friendly. After passing my technician exam, the team encouraged and motivated me to study for my general exam. Because of the experience, I made sure to come back for my general test and received the same level of professionalism and warmth as the first time. In fact, they even remembered me! Both times, I scheduled on very short notice due to having a hectic schedule, yet it was easy to schedule and was not a problem. I can’t recommend this group enough, and I look forward to working towards my extra.

Had little technical issues and they were on it, very responsive and polite. Would recommend for anyone interested in getting their licenses.

It took a while to get everything set up; my internet kept crashing, but they worked with me, and we got it done. They were very helpful with my questions when I called and very encouraging, and now I’m studying for my general.  I will be coming back for my next test, hopefully soon.  They are a great team and helped me relax when I started to get stressed with the internet problems.

Jeff and the team were easy to work with. They caught a mistake I made when signing up for my FRN and gave me time to fix it before the exam. They were extremely professional and took the time to congratulate me for passing my exam. They also recommended my next step and how to get started. Today I received my call sign and got an email from Jeff congratulating me on that and with some extra suggestions. Great team to work with.

Just passed my General Exam with AL1S. It was a great experience! The VE’s were patient and helpful. This is the way online Ham Tests should be.

These men are so very friendly. They conducted the remotely-administered technicians’s test with a friendly demeanor, extremely thoroughly and professionally, just *one hour* after I’d decided to schedule for the exam (to be clear, that was *way* above and beyond the expectation), and I cannot imagine anyone doing any better than they’d done. I’m super impressed and I will be coming back to them for my General and Amateur Extra because the process was simply painless!
